A Cheerful Heart is full of gladness and joy.
It uplifts and comforts.
It is excited about life
and it often urges others on with encouragement.
It enjoys life and loves to give cheerfully to others,
whether it be of time, talent or treasure.
What a delight it must be to have a Cheerful Heart!
May our heart's prayer today be for a Cheerful Heart.
Prayer
of the Heart to the Lord:
Dear Lord,
today I ask that You create in me a Cheerful Heart
so that I can purposely give to You and others with gladness and joy.
I want a heart that is excited about life and wants to share that excitement!
What a delight it will be to have a Cheerful Heart,
one that gives cheerfully to You and others in many different ways!
