SERVE
ONE ANOTHER
For
you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use
liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve
one another. Galatians 5:13 [NKJV]
A
"One Anothering" Thought
Serve
means:
- to render assistance; be of use; help
- to offer or have a meal or refreshments available
- to be favorable, suitable, or convenient
Serving can
have many meanings. As we interact with our brothers and sisters
in Christ there are many ways we can serve them in love and in
doing so we will be obeying God.
Look for ways today that you
can serve one another in love.
ONE-ANOTHERING IN
ACTION:
Is there some way you can render assistance or be
of use to a brother or sister in Christ today? Does someone
need your help? Could you offer a meal or refreshments?
Make it
a point each day to be a favorable, suitable and convenient servant
to your brethren and as you do, God will use you in mighty
ways, and bless you for your obedience to His
word.
For you have been called to live in
freedom, not freedom to satisfy your sinful nature, but freedom
to serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13[NLT]
