In it we see that we have a God of hope, who fills us with all joy (not just some joy) and all peace (not just some peace)!

And also we see that we have power! The power of His Holy Spirit! Wow! I don’t know about you, but that surely excites me!
And how do we receive all of this? By just believing!

This Week’s Memory Verse on: PEACE

A Precious Promise about: PEACE
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.  Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)

This Week’s Message:
Believers, this verse promises us perfect peace, if:
1. We keep our minds focused on God
2. We trust in God

So, when things are out of control, when we are looking for answers, tempted to worry, get frustrated or cry—what do we do to get perfect peace?
Stop for a moment, focus our minds on God, who He is, what He can do, who we are to Him, and then….trust Him to take care of whatever situation we are facing. He promises, if we do that, we will receive His perfect peace!

What a wonderful promise! Let’s memorize it, claim it and use it!!

Blessings to you daily.

Precious Promise: ANXIETY

Holy BibleThis Week’s Memory Verse:
A Precious Promise regarding ANXIETY
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6,7 [NKJV]

This Week’s Message:
Anxious means: distressed, uneasy, fearful, worried, concerned, disturbed, or apprehensive.

We could be anxious about something bad or even about something good—however, God says we should not be anxious about anything!
Instead, we should pray about everything, giving thanks to God, letting Him know what it is we need.  He promises, if we do this, that we will receive His peace which will guard our hearts and minds.

These are very important and helpful verses to memorize, and ones which we should keep in our minds and hearts daily.
Let’s not be anxious about anything, but pray about everything, thankful for His promise to us, trusting in Him, and we will live in God’s peace as He guards our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

God’s Blessings to you daily as you memorize His word and walk in it daily!
