Precious Promise of Assurance

This Week’s  Memory Verse:
A Precious Promise of Assurance

…in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.  Ephesians 3:12 NKJV

This Week’s Message:
You might be thinking….what is this verse…why am I memorizing this?
What does it mean?

Well, it means a lot to us believers.  It is a very important verse and one which we should cling to, because it is a very precious promise from God to us who believe in His Son, Jesus.

It is saying that because of our faith in Christ, God has opened the door to His throne room to us!  Because of Christ, we now have access to the Father–anytime day or night.  We can come confidently, boldly to the Throne, knowing full well that God will receive us!
This is a wonderful promise of Assurance to us and one which we should remember and cling to.

The New Living Translation of the bible says it like this:
“Because of Christ and our faith in Him, we can now come fearlessly into God’s presence, assured of His glad welcome.”  Ephesians 3:12 [NLT]

Be blessed as you memorize and cling to His Precious Promise of Assurance this week!

Precious Promise: ANXIETY

This Week’s Memory Verses:
A Precious Promise regarding ANXIETY
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6,7 [NKJ
V]

This Week’s Message:
Anxious means: distressed, uneasy, fearful, worried, concerned, disturbed, or apprehensive.
We could be anxious about something bad or even about something good—however, God says we should not be anxious about anything!

Instead, we should pray about everything, giving thanks to God, letting Him know what it is we need. He promises, if we do this, that we will receive His peace which will guard our hearts and minds.
These are very important and helpful verses to memorize, and ones which we should keep in our minds and hearts daily.

Let’s not be anxious about anything, but pray about everything, thankful for His promise to us, trusting in Him, and we will live in God’s peace as He guards our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
God’s Blessings to you as you memorize His word and walk in it daily!

This Week’s Memory Verse: TRUST

A Precious Promise : TRUST
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5,6 (NKJV)

This Week’s Message:
This week’s Promise will be fulfilled—
IF: we place our full confidence in the Lord, by totally relying on His strength and ability to lead and guide us.
IF: we do not lean on our own understanding–ie: try to figure things out for ourselves, plan our way, etc.
IF: we acknowledge Him–ie: ask for His help, pray for His guidance, submit to His leading.

This verse is conditional. It promises that the Lord will direct us—IF we do our part.

Memorize it and then do your best to do your part daily. If you do, He will do His part!

Blessings to you daily.

This Week’s Memory Verse: REWARD

A Precious Promise about: REWARD
“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” –Jesus   Matthew 5:11,12 NKJV

This Week’s Message:
The word Blessed is makários in Greek. It means exactly what it says--blessed, happy, fortunate.

I am sure there have been times we have shared our faith, or stood firm in our beliefs that we have not felt fortunate, nor blessed.
Under persecution one does not normally feel happy, yet Jesus is telling us we should be exceedingly glad, even rejoicing!

Yet, Jesus is saying anytime we are reviled, persecuted or falsely accused for our beliefs in Him, we will be rewarded for it in heaven.
Isn’t that a wonderful promise to cling to! Therefore, let’s keep this in our minds.

Let’s memorize this verse to remind ourselves to stand for the faith and share the truth daily, no matter what, for someday we will be rewarded for it in heaven!
Then, when the world is rejecting us, we can rejoice! When we are falsely accused for sharing the truths of scripture, we can be exceedingly glad!

Blessings to you daily.
