 PRAYER FOR DECEMBER 2007
Dear God, I am so glad to hear Your thoughts toward me are of peace.
- Peace is:
- freedom from quarreling
- order--not confusion
- freedom from disturbances
- harmony--agreement--togetherness
- serenity--clarity--un-cloudedness
- quiet--still--hushed--calm
- not noisy--relaxing--silence
All these things You think towards me so I can have a future and a hope.
This day I accept these thoughts of peace from you and claim them as welcome gifts.
It is my hope to have a future of peace !
I reject any thoughts of evil because they are not from You.
I reject anything that is bad, wrong, harmful, injurious, disastrous, painful, unpleasant, sinful, wicked, immoral, mischievious, or annoying because it is not from You
and I will not accept it because You have peace for me and a future and a hope
and I will cling to the thought of a future with You full of hope and peace daily
and reject all else because it is not from You.
Thank You, Lord ! Amen and Amen!
