Thought:
We
have God Almighty as our Father.
We have the Holy Spirit, our
Helper, dwelling inside of us.
"And I will pray the
Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with
you forever--the Spirit of truth,"(Words of Jesus)
John
14:16 (NKJV)
We have Jesus' promise that He will return for
us.
"I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to
you."(Words of Jesus )
John 14:18 (NKJV)
We have
no reason to be lonely! We are not ever alone!
So,
today let's :
- Shed our feelings of loneliness
- Tell God that we are so thankful that we are His children
- Thank Him for sending His Spirit to dwell inside of us
- Focus on the blessed hope of Jesus' return for us.
Today's
Prayer:
Dear
God,
As a Believer, I see from Your word that I am never alone, because I have
You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit with me always.
I am so thankful for that
knowledge,God.
Please, help me to remember these promises daily so if I should ever start to feel lonely I will be reminded to look to You, read Your word and know that I am never alone.
Thank You Father. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
