Dear
Lord, my Burden is ______(tell the Lord what is burdening you.)
Today, I am going to cast
this Burden upon You Lord because I believe You will carry the weight of
it and You will support and encourage me so that I may
endure.
Casting means to get rid of fast, to throw or
hurl.
So, right now I am going to throw this Burden quickly to
You, Lord, and I trust that You will catch it and provide me
with the assistance I need to withstand successfully.
For You
are my Helper, and I know You will sustain me.
Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me. Psalm
