Scripture Memorization–Enduring To The End–Week 9

This Week’s Memory Verse:
But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

This is a great verse to memorize and you will most likely find yourself repeating it often especially when you need strength.  There are so many situations in life that we need the LORD’s strength and therefore we need to remind ourselves to always wait upon Him for His wisdom and will before we proceed, for then we will always have the strength we need to fight spiritual battles, overcome spiritual obstacles, and walk daily or run the race successfully, without growing weary or fainting in our faith.

Memorize this verse and wait on the LORD daily, you will find you have renewed strength to withstand any end times situations you encounter.

Scripture Memorization-Enduring To The End–Week 4

This Week’s Memory Verse:
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  Ephesians 6:11 NKJV

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13 NKJV

Believers, if we are going to endure to the end and stand firm in our faith, we have to realize that we must daily always stay alert because we have an enemy who is constantly trying to cause us to fall.
In today’s verse we see that we must be able to stand against the “wiles of the devil”.  Wiles is defined as: cunning arts, deceit, craft, trickery.  It means that the devil is always following us around, lying in wait, trying to trip us up, trying to cause us waver in our faith, trying to trick us or lead us astray.  He is very crafty and cunning and so that is why God says we need to put on the whole armour, so that every part of us is covered daily and in that way we can stand firm.

This week lets memorize these two verses and also take action to do them daily, so that we will be found standing, strong in our faith, when Christ returns.

A Precious Promise on : REWARD

A Precious Promise about: REWARD
“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” –Jesus
Matthew 5:11,12 NKJV

This Week’s Message:
The word Blessed is makários in Greek. It means exactly what it says--blessed, happy, fortunate.

I am sure there have been times we have shared our faith, or stood firm in our beliefs that we have not felt fortunate, nor blessed.
Under persecution one does not normally feel happy, yet Jesus is telling us we should be exceedingly glad, even rejoicing!
Yes, Jesus is saying anytime we are reviled, persecuted or falsely accused for our beliefs in Him, we will be rewarded for it in heaven.

Isn’t that a wonderful promise to cling to!  Therefore, let’s keep this in our minds whenever we might be suffering in some way for our faith.

Let’s memorize this verse to remind ourselves to stand for the faith and share the truth daily, no matter what, for someday we will be rewarded for it in heaven!

Then, when the world is rejecting us, we can rejoice! When we are falsely accused for sharing the truths of scripture, we can be exceedingly glad!

And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.  1 Peter 5:4 KJV

Blessings to you daily.
