Who I Am In Christ Scripture Memorization A to Z

In Christ I am: BROUGHT NEAR
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Ephesians 2:13 NKJV

Believers, I think we all can remember our lives before we believed and received Christ. Before Christ we were far off from God, we were living in darkness, separated from God, lost, blind to the truth, until God drew us near, brought us to spiritual awareness, opened our eyes to the truth and led us in His grace and mercy to His Son Jesus to receive salvation so we could be brought near to Him forever, for He has taken us out of the kingdom of darkness and brought us into the Kingdom of Light!
Jesus said: “I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness.” John 12:46 NKJV

Today, believers, we give thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:12-14 NKJV

Thats a lot to think about and be thankful for as we memorize this week’s verse.

Who I Am In Christ–A to Z Scripture Memorization

In Christ I am: APPOINTED
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you” John 15:16 NKJV

Believer, God chose you, for a purpose. He has a plan for you to fulfill for Him. You  here for a reason. You aren’t just biding time until Christ returns or you go to heaven.
God has good works He wants you to do. He has appointed you to bear fruit that will last and bring Him glory.
He sent His Son Jesus to earth with a purpose and a plan, and Jesus fulfilled it. That purpose and plan was to bring redemption for you, so you could be brought into the Kingdom of God, but also that you would do God’s work here on earth.

So, rejoice that the God of the Universe has chosen you to do His work and then go forth daily asking Him what He wants you to do for Him so that you can bear fruit that lasts.
And remember, you can do whatever He asks you to do, because in Christ you are Able to do all things, you have His strength and you are All Sufficient, Abounding in grace, and therefore Abundant in good works. Live daily in His plan and purpose, bearing fruit, and bringing Him glory! I guarantee you it will be an amazing journey and you will have a full and joyous life !

God’s Love Scripture Memorization

This Week’s Memory Verse:  Ephesians 2:4-5
But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)

“But God,”…  there are quite a few scripture verses that begin with “But God” what they are showing us is that no matter what the situation God can bring good out of it.
In this week’s verse we see His rich mercy and great saving love for us even when we were dead in our sins, how wonderful is that love He had and still has towards us!

In these five weeks together we have seen through scripture the many ways God loves us and as John said:  “So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us.  God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him”
1John 4:16 ESV

Memorize this week’s verse, believe it, and live everyday secure in His love and share it with others.
