{"id":1247,"date":"2026-02-14T00:08:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T08:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smilegodlovesyou.org\/devotionals\/?p=1247"},"modified":"2026-02-02T15:55:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T23:55:46","slug":"day-14-conversation-hearts-loving-words","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smilegodlovesyou.org\/devotionals\/day-14-conversation-hearts-loving-words\/","title":{"rendered":"Day 14&#8211;Conversation Hearts&#8211;Loving Words"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>MOUTH MEDICINE:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn&#8217;t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.<\/em> 1 Corinthians 13:1<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TONGUE TALK:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>What does it mean to speak Loving Words?<br \/>\n1 Corinthians 13:4-7\u00a0 says:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Love is patient and kind.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>It does not demand its own way.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>It is not irritable,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>and it keeps no record of being wronged.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>It does not rejoice about injustice<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Love never gives up,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>never loses faith,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>is always hopeful,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>and endures through every circumstance.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>HEART HELP:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><em>The purpose of my instruction is that all believers would be filled with love that comes from a pure heart, a clear conscience, and genuine faith.<\/em><br \/>\n1 Timothy 1:5 NLT<\/p>\n<p><em>You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters.* Love each other deeply with all your heart.*<\/em><br \/>\n1 Peter 1:22 NLT<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>MY PRAYER FOR TODAY:<\/u><\/strong><u><br \/>\n<\/u>Dear Lord,<br \/>\nI see from Your word that true love is pretty amazing!<br \/>\nI know it can only be with Your help, Dear Lord, that I can love like that.<br \/>\nHelp me then to be patient and kind Lord, so that the words I speak in stressful situations will be loving.<br \/>\nHelp me Lord, to not be jealous of others, but to speak loving words about them instead.<br \/>\nI don&#8217;t ever want my speech to be boastful, proud or rude Lord, for I know that would not glorify You.<br \/>\nI do not want to demand my own way, but I want to be courteous of others and respect them with my speech.<br \/>\nIf I am wronged Lord, help me not to be irritable or hold grudges, but let me speak forgiveness and love into the situation for then, I will reflect You Lord in all I say and do.<br \/>\nI want to speak loving words that rejoice in truth and not in injustice, for as I do, I will see truth triumph over injustice.<br \/>\nMay my words be so full of love that they encourage others to never give up, never lose faith, but to always be hopeful.<br \/>\nI don&#8217;t want to go through this world sounding like a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal, but I want to speak loving words that endure and bring comfort and joy to others daily because they are full of Your Love and Truth, God.<br \/>\nToday and every day I want to speak Loving Words to all those around me.<br \/>\nThank You, Lord, as You help me to do this.
