A Psalms Prayer Pocket for when you are: BURDENED
\nCast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you. <\/em>Psalm 55:22 (NKJV)<\/p>\n

To Cast means to get rid of fast, to throw or hurl. Sustain means to strengthen or support physically or mentally.\u00a0 So, this verse is saying that whatever is burdening us down either mentally or physically the Lord wants us to get rid of it by quickly giving it to Him and then He will strengthen and support us to be able to move forward in freedom.<\/p>\n

Pocket Prayer:
\nDear Lord, my Burden is __________________________(tell the Lord what is burdening you.)<\/p>\n

Today, I am going to cast this Burden upon You Lord because I believe You will carry the weight of it and You will support and encourage me so that I may endure.
\nSo, right now I am going to throw this Burden quickly to You, Lord, and I trust that You will catch it and provide me with the assistance I need to withstand successfully.
\nFor You are my Helper, and I know You will sustain me.<\/p>\n

Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.<\/em> Psalm 54:4 (NIV)<\/p>\n
