Showers of Blessings\u00a0 Day 27
\nBlessing: Protection<\/u>
\nYou who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD; He is their help and their shield. Psalm 115:11 NKJV<\/em><\/p>\n

Message:<\/u>
\nIt was late at night, and I was driving home from shopping. My daughter and I had had gone shopping after I picked her up from school and then we went to dinner.\u00a0 I was tired and in a hurry to get home, so I took the Toll Road.\u00a0 I usually didn\u2019t drive this way as I didn\u2019t like to spend the extra money on tolls, but tonight, I just wanted to have a quicker route home.
\nAs I came up to the exit I needed to take, I didn\u2019t notice the sign that said, \u201cExit Closed\u201d.\u00a0 I guess I was distracted by talking with my daughter or from just being tired, but by the time I noticed the sign I was already heading up the exit ramp.\u00a0 That\u2019s when I saw the reason for the sign.\u00a0 There was a gaping hole in the pavement that I was sure was going to swallow my car, yet I couldn\u2019t stop in time to avoid it.
\nI cried out to God and suddenly I was past the hole and pulling slowly up to the stop sign where I needed to turn right to go home! I looked back and the hole was there, but somehow my car had seemingly floated over it.\u00a0 No humps, no bumps, no damage to us or the car.\u00a0 God shielded us.\u00a0 He must have provided one or two of His angels to carry us over that hole.\u00a0 It was amazing!\u00a0 God definitely was with us!\u00a0 He was our help and our shield.
\n
\n<\/u>For those who fear the LORD, protection is another blessing we receive.\u00a0\u00a0 For us who fear Him and trust in Him, He is our help and our shield.\u00a0 He is our defense against the enemy and the unknown perils in this world.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s thank Him for being our ever-present help in time of need. <\/em>(Psalm 46:1)<\/p>\n
