A Psalms Prayer Pocket for when you are: WAITING
\nWait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!<\/em> Psalm 27:14 (NKJV)<\/p>\n

It is so hard to wait!\u00a0 Especially in our fast-paced world where a lot of things are instant.\u00a0 Fast food, instant food, high speed internet, all these things and more cause us to not want to wait.\u00a0 We get upset if we have to wait in line or get stuck in heavy traffic. We seem to always be in a hurry to get things done or to go somewhere, but God says “Wait”.\u00a0 He wants us to wait on Him, wait on His timing, wait on His guidance, and we should because He knows the future, not us.\u00a0 When He tells us to wait, we should do so, and we should wait patiently, for if we rush ahead, we will find ourselves wishing we would have listened to Him.<\/p>\n

Pocket Prayer:
\nDear Lord, today I am Waiting because_____________________________________________.(tell the Lord what you are waiting on today)<\/p>\n

Dear Lord, I will wait on You. I will be of good courage. Please strengthen me to keep waiting, for I do not want to do anything that is not of Your way and will. Please lead me in Your truth and teach me Your ways, for You are the God of my salvation! In You I do trust! Help me to just rest in You and wait patiently for You all my days.<\/p>\n

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him;<\/em> Psalm 37:7 (NKJV)<\/p>\n
