God\u2019s Grace \u00a0 Day 24
\nAnd if God chose them by grace, then it is not for the things they have done. If they could be made God\u2019s people by what they did, then God\u2019s gift of grace would not really be a gift.<\/em>
\nRomans 11:6 ICB<\/p>\n

Message:
\nPaul is speaking to the Jews in Rome about Salvation, how it is received by grace alone, not by any works.
\nSome people even today find this hard to believe.
\nThere are many people yet today that believe they need to do good works to earn salvation, but as we have been seeing in our daily verses it is only by God\u2019s grace that we are saved, not by works.<\/p>\n

For it is by grace [God\u2019s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; Ephesians<\/em>\u00a02:8 AMP<\/p>\n
