How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?<\/em>\u00a0 Romans 10:14<\/p>\n

Paul was preaching to the Roman believers in the above verse.\u00a0 He was asking them how Israel was going to get saved if no one shared the good news that Jesus was the long-awaited Messiah with them.\u00a0 He encouraged them by saying \u201cHow beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!\u201d\u00a0 <\/em>Romans 10:15<\/p>\n

Jesus\u2019 words in Mark 16:15 are called the \u201cGreat Commission\u201d for just before He ascended into heaven He commanded His disciples to go and preach the gospel to everyone.<\/p>\n

And He said to them, \u201cGo into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.<\/em>\u00a0 Mark 16:15<\/p>\n

We believers are disciples of Jesus are we not?\u00a0 We are His followers, and so we need to be preaching the gospel to everyone, just as Jesus commanded.\u00a0 Therefore, we need to pray for wisdom, strength and steadfastness.\u00a0 We need to prepare ourselves by reading the word, and memorizing the word so we will know what to say and when.\u00a0 We need to be firm in our faith, so we can share what we believe and be able to have an answer for all who might question us.\u00a0 We need to pray that God will give us opportunities to share His truth will those we meet in our corner of the world.<\/p>\n

Dear God,
\nI really want to do Your will.\u00a0 I want to obey Jesus\u2019 words and go into my corner of the world and preach the gospel, so please provide opportunities for me daily to do so and then give me the wisdom on how to share the truth in love with those I meet.\u00a0 I pray for wisdom and strength.\u00a0 I pray that my faith will not fail.\u00a0 I pray for Your guidance God in all I say and do.\u00a0 Give me boldness to preach the gospel so that those who are lost will hear, believe and be saved. \u00a0I want to be a witness of Your saving grace and love.\u00a0 Thank You God.
