We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus…\u00a0 <\/em>Colossians 1:3-4<\/p>\n

The Parable of the Sower– Luke 8:4-8
\n\u201cA sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell by the wayside; and it was trampled down, and the birds of the air devoured it.
\nSome fell on rock; and as soon as it sprang up, it withered away because it lacked moisture.
\nAnd some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up with it and choked it.
\nBut others fell on good ground, sprang up, and yielded a crop a hundredfold.\u201d<\/p>\n

Today we are praying for new believers in Christ.\u00a0 We are praying that the seed of the good news of Christ they received will prosper and grow.\u00a0\u00a0 We pray that the cares of the world will not choke their belief and cause them to be led astray.\u00a0 We pray that they will receive the discipleship they need to continue strong in their newfound faith.
\nIf you know a new born-again believer personally, rejoice with them that their names are now written in the Lamb\u2019s Book of Life and that they are now part of the household of God.\u00a0 Welcome them as a brother or sister in the Lord and pray for strength for them daily that their faith will not fail.\u00a0 Guide them to a true bible believing church with a good discipleship program and do what you can to mentor them.<\/p>\n

Dear God,
\nI pray for the new believers in Christ that have been born again into Your Kingdom.\u00a0 I pray that their faith will not fail.\u00a0 I pray that You will strengthen them so they will be able to stand against the snares of the devil and the temptations of the flesh.\u00a0 I pray that the cares of this world will not cause them to become discouraged.\u00a0 I pray, God, that You will send Your people into their lives to walk alongside them to mentor them in the faith.\u00a0 I pray they will find a good bible believing church that has a Pastor who preaches the truth and has a good discipleship program to help them grow and prosper in their faith.\u00a0 I pray they will read and study Your word, for will be lamp to their feet and a light to their path.\u00a0 I pray if there is anything You want me to do for them or show them, that You will make that known to me, for I rejoice that I have a new family member in Christ.\u00a0 Thank You God for Your mercy, love and grace.\u00a0 In Jesus name I pray.\u00a0 Amen.<\/p>\n
