A Precious Promise: INHERITANCE
\n<\/u><\/strong>“Having believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, Who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession\u2014to the praise of his glory.”\u00a0 <\/em>Ephesians 1:13-14<\/p>\n

Thoughts:
\n<\/u><\/strong>Believers are marked–sealed–guaranteed–a place in heaven.
\nGod has reserved a place for them–Jesus has paid for it—and the Holy Spirit has guaranteed it.
\nAll Believers need do is believe it–claim it –and live in the joyful hope!
\nBelievers let’s go forth today praising God for this inheritance we have received in Christ!<\/p>\n

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade, kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.”\u00a0 <\/em>1 Peter 1:3-5<\/p>\n

Wow! Isn’t that a reason to rejoice today?<\/p>\n

Prayer:
\n<\/u><\/strong>Dear God,
\nwhat a wonderful promise this is! I shall rejoice daily knowing that I am sealed with Your Holy Spirit and guaranteed a place in heaven because of my faith in Jesus.<\/p>\n

Thank You, God, for not only providing a place in eternity with You forever, but also placing Your Holy Spirit within me, which allows me to have an abundant life here on earth too.<\/p>\n

For all this I rejoice and give You thanks and praise for Your great mercy!<\/p>\n

God, please help me to be able to tell others about this great promise, so they too can receive the inheritance You want to give to all.<\/p>\n

In Jesus name I pray, Amen.<\/p>\n
