REJOICING JOY.
As you light your first, second, and third candles of Advent, take time to ponder this verse:
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. Psalm 32:11.
Believers in Christ, we have Joy. We have Joy in our Salvation, Great Joy, a fullness of Joy, Joy that remains, Spiritual Joy, Joy that surpasses all understanding, and we should be rejoicing always.
As the scripture says, we should be glad we are in the Lord, we should rejoice because we are righteous in Christ, and we should shout for joy.
As the Advent candles of JOY, PEACE, and HOPE, burn bright and chase the darkness away, be glad and rejoice, shout for joy, for if you are a believer, you have the righteousness of Christ, and His Joy is within you.
