Today’s Thought:
A Rejoicing Heart can smile no matter what situation it is in because it knows it belongs to the Lord and it knows He will strengthen and protect it.
Let’s pray for a Rejoicing Heart so we can smile at our enemies and feel secure as Hannah did.
Prayer of the Heart to the Lord:
Dear Lord,
today I ask that You create in me a Rejoicing Heart so I can rejoice in You each day no matter what my situation is.
I want the joy that comes from knowing my salvation is from You, dear Lord, so then I can smile at my enemies, as my heart rejoices, because a Rejoicing Heart knows You are in control of everything!
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:18 [NKJV]
