AUGUST 10–FELLOWSHIP WITH ONE ANOTHER

Posted on August 10, 2023September 1, 2023 by SGLY Devotionals

A “One Anothering” Scripture and Thought
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7

Fellowship means:

  • friendly relationship
  • community of interest
  • association of persons having similar interests,

Believers all over the world should be able to fellowship with one another in the ways of the Lord.

We should share the same interests in the Lord.

We should have a friendly relationship with one another and be able to communicate in unity.

We should not only fellowship with those believers in our own church, but with any believer we may meet, for we are all one body in Christ.

Fellowshipping will bring unity and strength to us and to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

ONE-ANOTHERING IN ACTION:

Each day we have an opportunity to “one another” with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Let’s be sure to seize that opportunity and fellowship with one another in some way daily.

Ask the Lord how He might want you to do this.

We are telling you about what we ourselves have actually seen and heard, so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
1 John 1:3
