A “One Anothering” Scripture and Thought
Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. 1 Peter 4:9
Hospitable means:
- to receive warmly
- to treat generously
- to show friendliness
Believers should receive one another warmly.
We should show friendliness to one another and treat one another generously.
No grumbling, murmuring, or complaining.
ONE-ANOTHERING IN ACTION:
Today as you meet and greet your brothers and sisters in Christ be sure to put your “one anothering” into action by receiving them warmly and showing them true friendliness.
Generously invite them to your home for dinner, or out to lunch, and…no matter how things go….never grumble, murmur or complain about it.
Cheerfully share your home with those who need a meal or a place to stay. God has given gifts to each of you from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Manage them well so that God’s generosity can flow through you. 1 Peter 4:9-10
