God’s Grace Day 17
But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
Ephesians 2:4-5 NKJV
Message:
“By grace you have been saved” Paul says it twice in Ephesians 2: 5 and 8
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, Ephesians 2:8 NKJV
We were saved by grace because of God’s rich mercy and His great love.
We were saved through faith, a faith that even God provided.
Our salvation was totally a gift of God to us who were dead in our sins, unable to save ourselves.
Paul also tells us in Ephesians 2:7 why God did this:
that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus
Saints, we have a lot to be thankful for! Praise God for His rich mercy, great love and wonderful saving grace!
