God’s Grace Day 19
But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Ephesians 4:7 NKJV
Message:
Believers, each of us has received some gift of grace that Christ has seemed best to bestow upon us. God knows our every need and He supplies all we need.
Christ gives us each a large measure of gifts as He sees fit to meet our needs. The best gift of all of course is the Holy Spirit, who is given to all who believe in and receive Christ as Savior.
…and we all have the same God and Father who is over us all and in us all, and living through every part of us. However, Christ has given each of us special abilities—whatever he wants us to have out of his rich storehouse of gifts. The psalmist tells about this, for he says that when Christ returned triumphantly to heaven after his resurrection and victory over Satan, he gave generous gifts to men. Ephesians 4:6-8 TLB
Take sometime today to ponder on all the ways you have received grace and how your life has been richly blessed by it. Then give thanks and praise to God for His wonderful grace which He so richly bestows upon us to bring us to salvation and to give us spiritual gifts.
