God’s Grace Day 2
And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, “The Lord! the Lord! a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving-kindness and truth,” Exodus 34:6
Message:
In today’s verse we see Moses experiencing God’s grace as he was being called up to Mt. Sinai to receive the Ten Commandments.
The Lord was declaring who He was and what his attributes were.
He is:
- Merciful—forgiving, compassionate.
- Gracious—generous, tenderhearted.
- Patient—long-suffering, tolerant.
- Loving—caring, supportive.
- Kind—helpful, understanding.
- Truthful—honest, sincere, trustworthy, does not lie.
and…. He is so much more! What a wonderful God we serve! Let’s praise Him today for who He is!
