God’s Grace Day 5
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord bestows grace and favor and honor; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Psalm 84:11 AMP
Message:
The Lord God is a sun. What does a sun do? It gives light. Jesus is the Light of the world.
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12
The Lord God is a shield. What does a shield do? It protects.
For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield. Psalm 5:12
Grace, favor, honor, goodness, light, protection, all that and more the Lord bestows on us who walk uprightly, in the righteousness of Christ, following Him in obedience, and enjoying His presence daily. What a blessed people we are! Thank the Lord today for His many blessings!
