Walk in God’s Ways.
Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways! Psalm 128:1.
Fearing the Lord means respecting Him, honoring Him, and living in reverence to His will and way by being obedient in what He asks us to do. When we do that, we will be blessed because we will be living as He has chosen for us to live.
We can’t honor and respect Him if we do not walk in His ways. We are not going to be blessed when we choose to walk our way or the world’s way, for then we are disrespecting the Lord by turning our back on Him.
Each day we wake we have to make a choice—are we going to walk in the Lord’s ways or our ways? The world, our flesh, or the devil may tempt us or try to distract us into following them, so we must be firm in our resolve to fear the Lord and follow His ways always.
Hallelujah! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in His commandments. Psalm 112:1.
