A Psalms Prayer Pocket for when you are: IN TROUBLE
Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am in trouble Psalm 31:9 (NKJV)
Sometimes trouble comes upon us out of nowhere, other times it might be caused by something we say or do, but in this life we at some point will find ourselves in trouble of some kind.
It is during these times that we can be thankful we serve a God who is near to help us, to listen to our cry for help and can and will show us the way out of our trouble–if we call upon Him in our time of need.
Pocket Prayer:
Dear Lord, today I am In Trouble because_____________________________________.(tell the Lord why you feel you are in trouble today)
I am thankful that You, Lord, are kind and compassionate. Forgive me for any wrong I have done and show me the way out of this trouble. I need Your help, Your strength, and Your protection for I have no one to help me but You, Lord. Be not far from Me, For trouble is near; For there is none to help. Psalm 22:11 (NKJV)
I am trusting in You, Lord, to keep me from harm and to show me the way out of this trouble that I am in.
Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. Psalm 16:1 (NIV)
