August 18 –Psalms Prayer Pocket–Day 18

A Psalms Prayer Pocket for when you are: JUDGED
Let the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is Judge. Psalm 50:6 (NKJV)

God is a just Judge…. Psalm 7:11 (NKJV)

Many times, in our daily lives we will be judged.  It might be for the way we look, act or think, and many times it will be for our faith in Christ, in what we believe.  The world will judge us, satan will mock us, and often times we even judge ourselves.  But….God says He Himself is the only just judge and He will judge His people.  So, whenever you feel judgement, ask yourself if it is God judging you or if it is the world, satan or yourself.  If it is God, (you will be able to verify it with scripture,) then humble yourself, listen to Him and obey His words to you.  Many times, God will speak to us through scripture, but sometimes He speaks through others, or in a dream we have, a song, a video, a movie, a poem, a letter, or something we see, but if it is Him, it will always agree with what He says in His word, the Bible. If you are sure the judging it is not from God but is from satan or just yourself, then shake it off and walk on, asking God for His strength to endure.

Pocket Prayer:
Dear Lord, today I am being Judged because___________________________________.(tell the Lord why you feel you are being judged today)

Dear Lord, today I will remember that You are the only One to truly judge people.
While today I may be judged by people in this world, or by satan, or even by myself, I will keep in mind that You are the Only Just Judge and that You will have compassion on me, Your servant, and You will judge me justly, according to Your standards and not according to the world’s, satan’s, or mine.
Therefore, Lord, I will stand firm in Your word today and I will walk forth in Your righteousness and trust in only Your judgement of me.

For the Lord will judge His people, And He will have compassion on His servants. Psalm 135:14 (NKJV)
