God’s Grace Day 31
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work. 2Thessalonians 2:16-17 NKJV
Message:
As we have seen in the verses over the last 30 days God clearly loves us, wants to have a close, personal relationship with us, and provided the opportunity for that to happen by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to be the Way. Jesus Himself said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” John 14:6 NKJV
Each day the verses have shown us different aspects of God’s Grace shown to us by our God and Father or by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself.
We have read verses about Grace that is:
- Found
- Divine
- Just
- Bestowed
- Undeserved
- Complete
- Giving
- Rich
- Abundant
- Abounding
- Wonderful
- Freeing
- Saving
- Joyous
- Sufficient
- Manifold
- Generous
Grace is a divine gift, bestowed on undeserving mankind by our gracious God.
Working together with Him, we strongly urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain [by turning away from sound doctrine and His merciful kindness].
For He says,“At the acceptable time (the time of grace) I listened to you,
And I helped you on the day of salvation.”
Behold, now is “the acceptable time,” behold, now is “the day of salvation”—
2Corinthians 6:1-2 AMP.
Stand firm saints!
Since we are receiving a Kingdom that is unshakable, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping him with holy fear and awe. Hebrews 12:28 NLT
