Walk-in-Unity--Amos-3.3

January 14—Walk in Unity–Amos 3:3

Posted on January 14, 2026January 13, 2026 by SGLY Devotionals

Walk in Unity.
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?  Amos 3:3.

In order to have a unified relationship each person must agree with the other on many things.
Since our faith in Christ is a relationship not a religion, we should be walking in unity with Christ daily.
This assures us that God will communicate His plans and purposes to us who seek to walk in unity with Him.
We can trust that God will reveal His will to us through Scripture and prayer, guiding us in our daily lives.

The verse is asking:  “Can two walk together without agreeing where to go?”
As you think upon it you will see that this verse highlights the importance of unity and agreement in our relationships. Just as two people must agree on their direction to walk together, we believers must align our lives with God’s will to walk in harmony with Him.

We need to seek God’s guidance in our decisions and to ensure our actions are in line with His word.  We must live in unity with God and His word.
