We are to take our eyes off this present world and those who live for it.
Each day we should continue looking up and looking ahead, keeping our focus on the Lord and His plan for us. For scripture says: “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” Colossians 3:2

- I will not envy sinners or desire the things of this world.
- I will keep my eyes and mind focused on heavenly things.
- I will be zealous in my obedience to the Lord.
- I will focus on the Lord in all I say and do.
- I will keep looking up and looking ahead, seeking the Lord’s will for my life.
