SPIRITUAL VITAMIN W : WEEP
..”weep with those who weep” Romans 12:15 NKJV
Today’s Thought:
To weep means to shed tears or to mourn.
Weeping with those who weep would mean sharing in their sorrow by showing compassion and comfort.
Unfortunately, there are many weeping people in our society today.
Some may be smiling on the outside but weeping on the inside.
Today’s Action:
Pray and ask God to show you people who are weeping.
Then, think of how you might be able to comfort them.
Look for someway to share in their sorrow.
Perhaps you could be their shoulder to cry on, or somehow offer help to lighten their load.
Maybe just listening to them relate their woes or giving them a hug would be enough.
Or..if there is nothing you can physically do, just privately pray for God to help them.
To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:…
