Planting Spiritual Seeds—Day 7—Encourage
…let us consider [thoughtfully] how we may encourage one another to love and to do good deeds, not forsaking our meeting together [as believers for worship and instruction], as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more [faithfully] as you see the day [of Christ’s return] approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25 AMP.
Today’s Spiritual Seed is Encourage
Take a handful of these seeds of encouragement and sprinkle them around today.
Many of us believers need an encouraging word too, especially in today’s world.
You will find as you encourage others you will be encouraged also, and your faith will be strengthened as you help build others up.
Perhaps, keep a seed or two in your pocket to give to someone at just the right time as the Lord leads you. People everywhere need encouragement, believers and un-believers, so today plan to be an encourager.
Pray and ask God to show you who He wants you to encourage today and then take that seed and plant it in someone’s life!
…continually encourage one another every day, as long as it is called “Today” [and there is an opportunity], so that none of you will be hardened [into settled rebellion] by the deceitfulness of sin [its cleverness, delusive glamour, and sophistication]. Hebrews 3:13 AMP.
