ASK-SEEK-KNOCK--Psalm 91.4

SEPTEMBER 11—ASK-SEEK-KNOCK—Prayers for Those in the Military

Posted on September 11, 2023September 10, 2023 by SGLY Devotionals

He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.  Psalm 91:4

Today we focus our prayers on those in the Military.  The men and women who have chosen to serve to protect their country.
We give thanks for all the people who have chosen to be in the Armed Forces.
We pray for them to have courage and strength in time of need.
We pray for their wellbeing, that God might give them good health in all environments.
We pray that their faith will not fail, that God will be in their thoughts and hearts.
We pray that they will seek the Lord’s guidance and direction in their daily decisions.
We pray for their protection night and day wherever they might be.
We pray that they may say:  Pull me from the trap my enemies set for me, for I find protection in you alone.  Psalm 31:4

Dear God,
Today I pray for all those serving in the Military, wherever they are Lord God, you know.  Be their Protector, their Guide, their Comforter and Friend.  Be with them in the lonely night watches and in the un-certain daytime situations.  Let them know You are near to them.  Let them know they can call upon You at any time day or night and You will hear them.  Let them be victorious Lord God, in all they say, think and do.  Keep them safe Lord God, so they may return home to their families, friends and loved ones.  In Jesus name I pray.

(If you know someone personally who is in the Military, feel free to insert their name to personalize the above prayer.)
