June 14–Praise Pause–Jehovah

Posted on June 14, 2025June 13, 2025 by SGLY Devotionals

Praise His Name: JEHOVAH
“That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth. “ Psalm 83:18 KJV

Today’s Thought:
JEHOVAH is the personal, revealed name of God translated from the Hebrew consonants YHWH.

“Therefore My people shall know My name; therefore they shall know in that day that I am He that doth speak, behold it is I. “ Isaiah 52:6 KJV

God wants us to know His name, and who He is. Therefore, let’s pause to praise Him today for revealing Himself to us, and for allowing us, who are in Christ, to call on Him personally. Let’s pause to praise Him, our Lord JEHOVAH, for being our strength, song and salvation.

“…for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also is become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2 KJV

Today’s Praise Pause:
Dear God, today I pause to praise You, as JEHOVAH, the Most High over all the earth! JEHOVAH, You are my strength and my song.
You are my salvation. Because of You I can be strong in times of hardship, and You give me a song in my heart to sing to You each day.
I will trust in You daily, For in You, Lord JEHOVAH is everlasting strength! I praise Your most Holy Name JEHOVAH!

Trust ye in the LORD forever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH [is] everlasting strength:  Isaiah 26:4 KJV
