Blessing: Everlasting Covenant
‘And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me.

Message:
Quite a few years ago I felt fortunate to be hired by an established bakery as their full-time cake decorator and clerk. It was a good position with good pay and benefits and I knew I would really love the work I would be doing. After doing the orientation and filling out all the paperwork, I was pleased to be informed of all the good things I would be entitled to as long as I did my work properly and was a good employee. It was a good agreement by me and the company and the relationship lasted until I retired five years later.
We who believe and receive Christ as Savior and Lord, have received God’s everlasting covenant that He will be with us always doing us good and bringing us many blessings. His agreement with us never ends for the LORD takes relationships seriously. His promises are everlasting. What can ever be more secure than a relationship with our LORD? Give thanks today that He is within our hearts and we can live in His everlasting goodness.
